Hello! I’m Jane Reynolds, the Fitness Director at Cascades At Delray. Working in such a lovely environment, complete with a fitness center and a group exercise studio, truly feels like a dream for me as a fitness professional. Since I became part of Cascades At Delray, I’ve noticed that the residents are upbeat and excited about the various options available to help them achieve their fitness goals. We are dedicated to ensuring everyone stays in excellent shape, whether through the fitness center, classes, water aerobics, or unique fitness challenges.

I enjoy that I am a guest in their home and I get to cook for them

I love living at the Cascades because the residents are very friendly, outgoing, fun, adventurous, and they make great friends!
